Low Carbon Beef

Low Carbon Beef identifies low carbon grain- and grass-fed cattle at different stages in the beef supply chain. Scores are calculated and certifications are granted after review of management and performance records.

Low Carbon Dairy

Dairy cows that emit less greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions as compared to the U.S. industry baseline could qualify for Low Carbon Dairy certification. The measurement and verification of cattle outputs could help farms and businesses meet assurance program requirements or Scope 3 targets.
